America’s first mobile raw bar Oyster catering company on TV WGNO ABC in New Orleans.

New Orleans – It’s lesson in life. It’s a lesson in life in New Orleans. That lesson is all about love. Love for Oysters.

P&J Oyster Company has been in the oyster loving and selling business since 1876. Sal Sunseri shares his pearls of wisdom with a group taking oysters to the next level.

Oysters XO is America’s first mobile raw bar catering company and is now starting a collaboration with P&J Oyster Company in New Orleans, the oldest Oyster Company in America, to teach visitors of New Orleans how to shuck oysters.

Of course, we still have our own Oyster Girls & Guys with the qualities that our guests see at every event in NYC, LA, DC, Atlanta, Charleston, Miami, Chicago, Seattle, Philadelphia, NOLA and SF among other destination events. Although it was fun to dress Sal’s son into our outfit so he could see for himself how much fun it is to shuck oysters in our Oysters XO outfit.

Here is our episode with Wild Bill Wood on WGNO ABC. He says that the next oyster level is in how the oysters are delivered to you. For instance, think car hop without the car, or the old fashioned cigarette girl without the cigarettes. And with oysters. Oysters that are delivered to you, shucked and served on the spot at Parties, Festivals, Weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvah, Corporate Events, Non for Profit event & Celebrations and more.

Our Oyster Class takes place at Bourbon House. Dickie Brennan’s Bourbon House is all about local seafood. If it’s not in season, you won’t find it on the menu. Brennan’s family was also there during the class watching how we teach people how to shuck oysters!
