Calling all oyster aficionados, mollusk mavens, and the bivalve curious—this unique and enticing experience is for you! Guided by oyster expert Rifko Meier or our Oyster Chefs, guests will enjoy a sitting down to an all-you-can-shuck oyster shucking class and Champagne bonanza.
WHERE WE TAUGHT
Our Oyster Chefs taught on TV, an oyster shucking class at The Plaza, James Beard Foundation House, Maison Premiere and Miami SOBEWFF among others. Now we are going to teach you.
Oysters XO Academy provides a rich social interaction in which guests share a unique experience together. This class can be adapted for corporate team building activities, food & hospitality industry events, and private functions.
IDENTIFYING THE FLAVORS
Our academy is taught by our very own professional Oyster Chefs who shuck for the culinary elite of New York and Los Angeles. Aside from learning the Oysters XO style of shucking, guests will learn how to identify the flavors in premium oysters and taste which champagnes and wines pair brilliantly with them.
